*Commission Plans: I have developed four different commission plans for you to choose from - yes, I give you choices! Each plan is designed for different needs, list price ranges and/or personalities. I'm sure you will find one you can be pleased with!
*Competitive Market Analysis: I will provide a detailed competitive market analysis with full color photos for the competition and recent sales, and will discuss its impact on your particular property in detail.
*MLS: Your listing will be listed on the Houston Association of Realtors multiple listing service which covers the greater Houston area.
*Wide Array of Internet Marketing: Your listing will be listed on the internet on www.diannemoore.com with a virtual tour in slide show format and surrounded by clickable pictures, plus your listing will be on many other web sites of all different types.
*Employment Information Booklet: I provide a property listing employment information booklet which includes information on preparing your home for sale, full detailed summary and explanation of the listing agreement and the listing process, detailed information on the property sale process from beginning to end, an explanation of expectations of your and my responsibilities to each other, plus pertinent attachments.
*Flyers: I provide full color flyers with pictures describing the property placed on the inside of the home, and copies of the flyers at the "for sale" sign.
*Home Book: I provide a home book which contains useful phone numbers, area statistics and demographics, and all required disclosures.
*"For Sale" Sign: I display a custom "for sale" sign prominently in your yard.
*Lockbox: I provide an electronic SUPRA key lockbox which allows your property to be shown by Realtors (not just real estate agents) broadening the chances of finding the right buyer quicker.
*Open House: I will hold an open house, at your request.
*Contact: I will contact you by phone or email whenever anything new has happened regarding your property, including but certainly not limited to, when I am able to obtain feedback from showing Realtors, whenever there is an interested prospect, and whenever we receive an offer or contact of interest.
*Phone Calls: I will call you with any time sensitive information, and will reliably return any of your phone calls to me as quickly as possible.
*Emails: We can communicate mostly by email, when timing is not critical.
