*Buyer Representation Education: Along with years of experience working with buyers to a successful completion, I have achieved the specialization designation of an ABR (accredited buyer's representative) which requires additional thorough education and experience requirements.

*Strong Buyer Representation: When you ask for me to represent you and your best interests in purchasing property, and you commit yourself to me by signing a Buyer Representation Agreement, you receive the same strong commitment from me.

*Mortgage Services: I obtained my loan officer's license in 2004 for the purpose of expanding my knowledge base in order to better assist my buyers in understanding the lending process. I no longer hold a loan officer's license since my reason for obtaining it was simply to gain the valuable knowledge of the process, from the inside. Since then, this general knowledge has proved to be very helpful for my buyers and has even helped to save them money, time and time again!

*Complete Internet/Email Support: I can email you complete lists of prospective properties which come the closest to meeting your needs. If you have needs of obtaining detailed pictures of your new prospective home with no means to retrieve or convey them, I can take digital pictures of the home for you and send them by email to you. I also have the appropriate software means to convey documentation and faxes via email. Simply, I have a wide array of means to send various items by way of email, and have many web site url's I can provide for additional resources to you.

*Buyer Representation Follow Through: As your buyer representative, I will walk you through the process of property searches, offers to purchase, negotiations, opinions of value, expressions of opinions on the condition of the property, the provisions of a list of available experts and service providers, and any other aspects of the purchase of real estate property that you need assistance and guidance with.

*Competitive Market Analysis: I will provide a detailed competitive market analysis with full color photos for the property's competition and recent sales, and will discuss its impact on your particular property of interest in detail.

*Compensation for Services Rendered: We seek to receive my commission from the seller, which is a common offering for most properties -- you get full representation for free, most of the time!
